Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst Business Systems IT.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to identify problems and recommend solutions for processes and systems

Lead requirements gathering sessions and manage multiple assignments, acting as a liaison between IT and business partners

Develop reports and dashboards using large datasets, ensuring solutions are tested and validated before implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field

At least 4 years of experience in system analysis and configuration, including dashboard development and SQL data analysis

Experience in project management methodologies

Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming

Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement complex solutions
