About The Position

Join a respected free-standing cancer center in  Greenville, South Carolina  as a  Locum Medical Oncologist  covering a dynamic outpatient and inpatient oncology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified Hematology & Oncology physician to step into a high-volume practice with a well-established team while enjoying comprehensive malpractice coverage and  complimentary travel and lodging .

Position Highlights :

Competitive Pay :  $450 / hr

Schedule :  Mon-Fri 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm

Dates :  Starting November 1, 2025 onwards

Patient Population :  Adult and geriatric patients

Practice Breakdown :  65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology

Patient Volume :

Outpatient : ~25 patients / day

Inpatient : ~20 patients / day

Clinical Duties :

Manage hematology and oncology cases

Participate in tumor boards

Manage bone marrow transplants and blood bank orders

Order diagnostic tests and imaging

Collaborate with nurse oncologists for chemotherapy administration
