Reports to : Assistant Store Manager

Classification : Hourly / Non-Exempt

What You Will Do :

  • Forklift Proficiency : Skillfully operate a forklift to unload pallets from the transfer truck into the store.
  • Precise Product Distribution : Break down pallets and distribute products to their designated locations with careful attention to detail.
  • Aisle Artistry : Merchandise aisles by cleaning, dusting, fronting, and blocking shelves, ensuring a visually appealing and organized presentation.
  • Tag and Signage Expertise : Guarantee that tags and signage are immaculate, accurate, and easily visible to our customers.
  • Display Dynamo : Build and maintain endcap displays, showcasing featured products with creativity.
  • Equipment Assembly : Assemble equipment and other supplies as needed for efficient store operations.
  • Customer Assistance : Assist customers in locating items within the store, delivering top-notch service.

    • What You Will Need :

  • Detail-Driven Team Player : Exhibit excellent customer service skills, dependability, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Physical Stamina : Successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, with the ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day.
  • Physical Endurance : Capable of lifting and lowering boxes and products up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day.
  • Educational Background : Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Forklift Expertise : Candidates with prior forklift and pallet jack experience are highly preferred. Operation of a forklift is necessary for this position.
