This Full-Service Boutique is comprised of sharp individuals with legacies at Bulge Brackets and other Elite Boutiques, and have cultivated a culture focused on non-sharp elbows entpreneurial environment. This platform is looking to continue their growth trajectory by adding like-minded Managing Directors to their platform.
Ideal candidates come with an entprenurial mindset and experience in Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrials, and / or Services from M&A groups, Debt groups, or Coverage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of investment banking professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Client Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and providing tailored financial advice.
- Transaction Execution : Oversee the execution of M&A, capital markets, and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the firm's client base.
- Strategic Advisory : Provide strategic advice to clients on financial matters, including valuation, structuring, and negotiation of deals.
- Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Risk Management : Ensure robust risk management practices are in place, mitigating potential risks associated with transactions.
Qualifications :
