• Contract : 6 months with opportunity for extensions
• Schedule : Part-time to start. Can ramp up to Full-time if desired
• Requirements : Previous Telemedicine, Primary Care, and Urgent Care experience required. DEA required. BC in Family Medicine required.
• Licensure Requirements : Must have state licenses in the following states : TX, NC, IL, WV, GA, AZ, SC, IN, AL, TN, NV, OK, CT, UT, AR, ID, WY. And must have a state license in one of these four states : DC, MD, VA, DE
• 1099 contract with weekly paycheck
• Malpractice covered 100%
