Job descriptionResearch and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques for innovative solutions. Lead proof-of-concept projects demonstrating new AI capabilities. Keep abreast of advancements in AI research and technology. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical specifications. Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical discussions. Contribute to MLOps and LLMOps strategies, focusing on both design and execution. Establish yourself as a thought leader, sharing insights in company-wide forums. Design and implement comprehensive testing and monitoring frameworks to assess AI model performance. Ensure adherence to ethical AI standards and security protocols. Perform systems analysis to recommend operational enhancements. Partner with AI researchers, engineers, designers, and product teams to translate AI capabilities into practical applications. Optimize AI system performance by minimizing latency and managing resource usage. Enhance application features through AI-driven capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. At least 7 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in AI / ML. Proficiency in Python, along with experience in AI / ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. A solid understanding of machine learning principles, system evaluation, and design. Experience with MLOps and the lifecycle of AI-powered applications. Proven capability in integrating AI models into production systems using APIs and data pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and experience in collaborative team settings. Experience with AI systems, agent-based architectures, or AI APIs from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or search-based AI. Domain expertise in legal, tax, or accounting sectors.
