Business Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of business processes across the Global Data Center Organization. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity while reducing costs. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Basic Qualifications :

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
