Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a highly respected North Carolina personal injury firm to identify a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for their growing team. This firm is built on a mission of obtaining justice for deserving clients and is looking for someone who shares that commitment.

Position Overview :

This role will manage a litigation caseload including medical malpractice, auto accidents, and premises liability. It involves hands-on oversight of legal staff, participation in all aspects of trial preparation, and the opportunity to lead client engagement and courtroom representation.

Ideal Candidate Should Have :

• 5–7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury
• Proven experience leading and mentoring case teams or paralegals
• Strong trial and deposition skills, including courtroom representation
• Comfort managing high-stakes litigation from start to finish
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
