RN / LPN Nightshift Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY :

RN / LPN is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs of clients.

Essential Duties :

• Assisting with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessments
• Administering medications and treatments as per provider protocol
• Assisting with client admissions and discharges
• Recording client observations and reporting to the medical team as needed
• Compassionately interacting with the client population to encourage engagement in treatment
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Attend staff trainings and meetings as required
• Communicating with the pharmacy as needed
• Completing client nursing admissions not limited to : intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, GeneSight swabbing
• Follows all policies and procedures with regard to patient information protection, including alcohol-drug patient confidentiality and HIPAA
• Other duties as assigned
