Vitruvian Health and Hamilton Physician Group (HPG) are recruiting an  Endocrinologist for Hamilton Diabetes and Endocrinology Center.

Qualified candidates :

• Board Certified / Eligible in Endocrinology
• Ability to work as a team member
• Willingness to provide diabetes management in addition to endocrinology
• Commitment to quality, patient safety and overall excellence in compassionate evidence based clinical care
