The Role : Fleet & Equipment Mechanic Do you live for problem-solving and getting your hands dirty? Are engines, hydraulics, and diagnostics your thing? We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and safety-driven mechanic to maintain and repair our diverse fleet - from trucks and trailers to mowers and compact loaders. Your work directly supports our field TEAMs and ensures every crew hits the ground running with safe, reliable equipment. What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of landscaping equipment : trucks, trailers, skid steers, mowers, and more.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate repair and service records via our Fleetmatics platform.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safety compliant.
• Order parts and manage inventory for needed repairs.
• Work closely with our operations TEAM to prioritize urgent fixes and equipment needs.
• Follow all safety standards and industry regulations.
