Community hospital looking to bring on Director Critical Care! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation!

19 Bed Unit, FTEs : 65, 1 Manager & Current Director is There Until the End of September

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in Nursing or BSN with MBA, MHA or other related healthcare degree.
• National Nursing Leadership Certification is required within one year of accepting the role or by a signed commitment letter.
• Preferred Education : MSN
• Required License : RN & BLS
• 5+ years of experience in critical care.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership.
• Computer skills include word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail.
• Preferred Experience : Five years of progressive leadership experience
• Director will oversee the CVICU and CVPC units and they are requiring candidates to have extensive CV background to be considered.
