Customer Request Handling / Problem Resolution / Data Analysis - as assigned
Perform problem resolution and data analysis for retirement operations support, including contributions, distributions, processing conversions, recharacterizations, and state withholding reconciliationReconcile activities to ensure transactions are recorded accuratelyAssist management in developing metrics to track retirement inquiry resolutionExecute customer requests to move funds within or out of retirement accountsUnderstand tax implications of transactions across different retirement account typesResolve retirement account issues and document the resolution processValidate data integrity in account and reporting systemsQUALIFICATIONS
Experience with retirement account types, IRS rules, and / or tax reporting obligationsStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlinesAdaptable to dynamic work environments and changing prioritiesDemonstrates ownership and urgency in resolving inquiries and issuesProven effectiveness in fast-paced, client-focused environmentsAbility to deliver results within tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsHourly Pay Range : $25.00 / hr to $28.00 / hr
