Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location : Albuquerque, NM

Schedule : Hybrid – 3 Days In-Clinic, 2 Days Remote

Salary : $80K–$110K + Quarterly Bonuses

Treetop ABA is expanding into Albuquerque — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic BCBA to help us build something amazing. This is your opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team while enjoying the perfect mix of in-clinic interaction and remote flexibility .

You’ll work hands-on with children and families three days a week in our upcoming clinic, then enjoy two days for planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.

🌳 What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and track meaningful progress
• Supervise, train, and collaborate with RBTs
• Partner closely with families to support consistency and growth
• Balance in-person client work with remote planning and coordination
