Job Title : Staffing Coordinator

Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 05 PM (Fridays : 2 : 05 PM release)

Salary : $30,000 - $40,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team at The Early Learning Center at Yeshiva in Pittsburgh. A Jewish preschool serving children 6 weeks through 5 years in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh. They will provide essential administrative and operational support for our team. This role is crucial in managing daily staffing logistics, substitute coordination, and time-off tracking to ensure the smooth operation of our site. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Staffing & Scheduling :

Track staff time-off requests and approvals.

Utilize and manage the Brightwheel System for staffing integration.
