Must-Have :

Candidates must possess BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certifications.

Candidates must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova.

Description :

The unit has 4 rooms, with 1 patient per room.

There are 22 staff members, comprising RNs and Techs.

The day shift includes 1 Charge RN and 16 staff members, with 4 staff members per room.

The night shift consists of an on-call team of 3 professionals.

Patient ratios are maintained at 1 : 1.

All equipment used in the unit is GE.

The electronic medical record system is Meditech and MacLab.

The unit typically performs cardiac caths, cerebella angiograms, stenting, and balloon procedures.

There is a focus on teamwork, critical thinking, and patient care.

Candidates must be adaptable to the fast-paced environment and flexible with on-call requirements.

Dress code consists of red and gray scrubs.

Unit scrubs are permitted as well.

The facility has received recognition as a top-performing hospital and is a certified primary stroke center.

It specializes in various surgical programs, including open heart surgery, and provides 24-hour adult and pediatric emergency services.
