Information and Referral Specialist

Recovery Resource Council is seeking to hire an Information and Referral (I&R) Specialist in our Recovery Services department.  Qualified candidates must work well with others, be tolerant, patient, and have excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to work at a steady pace with a consistent workload, on multiple simultaneous tasks.  This position is designed for a technical expert who is proficient with the following :

• Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, HIPAA compliant phone apps, the internet / Google Chrome, and is familiar with electronic health record software.  Excellent communication skills and comfort in working with individuals on the telephone are important.  Unconditional positive regard and a compassionate approach to supporting clients who may be struggling with substance use and / or mental health issues is required.    Powered by JazzHR
