• 24 hour out of house call
• 70% pediatric, 15% adolescent, 15% newborn patients
• Hospital setting
• Residents respond first to traumas with 30 minute arrival requirement
• Required procedures include central lines, chest tubes, and suturing
• 6 ECMO cases annually with preferred ECMO certification
• Temporary coverage assignment
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
