Key Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and motivate team members while monitoring departmental performance and KPI adherence
Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Create and analyze reports on team KPIs to meet departmental objectives and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading and developing a team in a healthcare service-based environment
3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines
3+ years of experience in implementing operational excellence as a manager
3+ years of experience using data for decision-making
2+ years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma practices or Green Belt Certified
