Responsibilities :

Full scope of primary care / preventative care for our geriatric patients within a nursing home.

Requirements :

• Valid NP / PA license in the state of NY
• At least 1 year of experience working as an NP or PA
• Primary Care experience- strongly preferred
• Ok with nursing home setting
• Great bedside manner
