A company is looking for a Revenue Optimization Analyst responsible for identifying and addressing revenue cycle opportunities. Key Responsibilities Design and modify revenue cycle reports by analyzing large datasets related to claims and revenue trends Develop queries and perform root cause analyses to identify revenue optimization opportunities Partner with revenue cycle leadership to implement data-driven strategies that enhance financial performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or revenue cycle management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL and Tableau preferred Proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex datasets Familiarity with business intelligence tools and healthcare claim data
