Job descriptionFully Remote : Work from anywhere in the U.S. (Central / Eastern time zones preferred). Balance + Impact : Targeting a 36-hour workweek year-round while driving measurable results for clients. YES, THIS IS A REALITY! Lead quarterly tax strategy and advisory meetings for your client portfolio. Build and execute tax plans with entity-level expertise. Review ~30 monthly financials for accuracy, spot issues, and recommend solutions. Oversee tax return prep and review for technical accuracy. You will have ZERO TAX PREP / COMPLIANCE responsibilities. Collaborate with associates to ensure clean books and strategic readiness. Serve as the go-to resource for high-level client conversations and decisions. CPA license (EA with exceptional experience considered). 4+ years of public accounting tax experience with entity-level expertise. Proven ability to lead client meetings and present strategy with confidence. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIANCE ROLE . A highly effective communicator is a must. Proactive, forward-thinking mindset — you anticipate client needs and provide solutions to concerns, challenges and questions. Comfort with QuickBooks Online, UltraTax, and other AI and cloud-based systems. $110K–$120K base + monthly, quarterly and annual performance incentives. Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
