10% Salary placement fee Salary range : $39-42 35 hours Monday through Friday with weekends as needed 88 bed SNF Consulate Healthcare of Woodstock is housed in the Shenandoah Valley conveniently located off of interstate 81 and near interstate 66. There are plenty of hiking trails historic sites and wineries for anyone that enjoys the outdoors. Approx number of short term to home patients and LTC patients : approximately 15 skilled 73 LTC Services are provided to patients individually in group / concurrent or co-treatment based on needs : yes Approx how many patients are on schedule per day (8 hr day) 10-12 patients
