Pay Rate : 50.00 - 60.00 per hour (depends on experience)

Position Type : Full-time

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients in various settings. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellness, and educating patients and their families. The RN will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, implement nursing interventions, and assist patients in achieving their health goals.

Responsibilities : Patient Care :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized nursing care.

Patient Support :

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Support patients in managing chronic conditions and making informed health decisions.

Assist in community health activities, including immunization clinics and health screenings.

Administrative :

Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Basic computer and internet literacy.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Valid driver's license.

Must pass employment screenings, including FBI clearance if applicable.

Additional Details :

This position may require the administration of medication.

The role involves working with patients of all ages, including minors.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
