Senior Engineering Technical Recruiter

What You’ll Do
- Source & Engage Top Talent : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared and non-cleared IT and engineering professionals through proactive sourcing strategies — job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Candidate Relationship Management : Develop deep relationships with candidates to understand their motivations, technical strengths, and career goals — ensuring the right fit for high-stakes federal projects.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding — with a focus on quality, speed, and compliance.
- Client Collaboration : Partner closely with account managers and federal clients to understand project scopes, technical requirements, and security clearance needs.
- Consultative Selling : Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, offering market insights, compensation guidance, and strategic hiring recommendations.
- Team Contribution : Share best practices, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Experience : Technical recruiting experience within a staffing agency, with a strong track record in IT and engineering placements for federal or industrial clients.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with EPC project environments, federal contracting (DOD, DOE, etc.), and security clearance processes is preferred.Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.Tech-Savvy : Proficient in ATS platforms, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.Drive & Integrity : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results with professionalism and ethical integrity.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field — or equivalent military or industry experience.Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a recruiting team is a plus, but not required.Experience in a Full Desk or 360 Recruiting capacity.Why Join Us?
