Our client in the Louisville KY area is looking for strong talent to join their growing team of product support agents. These positions are backfilling previous agents that have been promoted into new roles. This position sits within the Louisville KY area and will have an onsite requirement twice a week. The ideal candidate will have an impressive background in CRM support in some type of call center environment with exposure to Salesforce and Jira. There will be an extensive training period to learn about the CRM products each agent will be supporting, and the goal at the end of the assignment is to convert permanent with the company.
