Key Responsibilities :

Review invoices for coding accuracy and vendor discrepancies

Process check disbursements

Match invoices to receiving documents and purchase orders

Research vendor statements and resolve disputes

Respond to vendor inquiries and phone calls

Assist with cash processing and related duties

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Yardi software is a plus

Basic proficiency in Excel

Prior accounts payable experience

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Salary : $45,000-$50,000
