Senior Estimator CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)

The Senior CSA Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil structural and architectural components of projects. This role requires expertise in CSA disciplines and strong experience managing cost databases to support reliable and competitive bids.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CSA discipline estimates for all project phases.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings specifications and design documents.
• Collaborate with design teams and project managers to validate scope and pricing.
• Maintain and manage cost databases (Sage Trimble etc.) for CSA disciplines.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide input on constructability and value engineering opportunities.
• Support risk analysis and contingency planning for CSA estimates.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
