Family Practice - Without OB Physician

SSM Health is seeking a PRN Urgent Care Physician to practice in Monroe, WI.

Primary Responsibilities :

Examine, diagnose and treat patients.

Consult with physician and non-physician personnel as reasonably requested.

Document all clinical services provided to patients.

Provide other professional medical services as reasonably requested.

Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
