Veterinarian role based in Delaware - $100,00 sign on bonus! No Non-compete!

We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal general practice in Bear, DE. With no emergency or on-call responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to focus on providing high-quality care in a supportive, flexible, and doctor-driven environment.

You’ll be joining a veterinary practice established and managed by veterinarians. This is a high volume clinic that does a lot of work with local rescues and shelters, so you will play a big part within the local community.

Compensation + Benefits

• A highly competitive salary with new graduates starting at $120,000 and experienced doctors able to earn up to $180,000 base.
• Compensation follows a ProSal model in the 20-22% range
