Locums, Inc. is seeking a Family Practice or General Medicine Physician for full-time services in at the Pinon, AZ hospital working with the native Navajo people. The position is for 1 month with multiple extensions possible. All valid state or Federal licenses acceptable. Board certified and Board eligible physicians in Family Medicine and General Medicine are both accepted. About the Opportunity : - Period of Performance is approx. 4 / 15 / 22 to 5 / 15 / 22 w / extensions available until 12 / 31 / 22- 8am - 5pm, Monday Friday with minimal overtime - Estimated 3 patients / hour- 70% Adult and 30% Pediatric patient volume- Provide local populace with Family medical care services in an out-patient and telemedicine setting.- Pinon Health Center is part of the Chinle, AZ hospital group. Lodgings will be in Chinle, AZ- Located near the Canyon de Chelly National Monument. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast with access to spectacular biking, hiking, and fishing. Requirements : - Active and unrestricted state or Federal license- Board Certified or Eligible in FM or GM- Active and unrestricted DEA- Active CPR / BLS, ACLS, ATLS, & PALS certifications mandatory- Full vaccinations and immunizations- 3 References- Must have been practicing within discipline within the last 6 months
