Senior Business Analyst, TEM Product

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be a key member of the TEM Product Area. With the Squad Leader you will provide effective product leadership and management of the product backlog with a focus on communication risk mitigation quality assurance effective delivery and building trusting relationships. You will work closely with a team of cross-functional multi-disciplinary and dedicated squad members responsible for delivering specific business goals.

Expertise You Have

• Strong analytical mathematical and problem-solving skills. Proven record analyzing interpreting and summarizing complex data.
• Outstanding project management and critical thinking abilities with experience in the Agile methodology.
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a complex work environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers management team other departments and clients.
• Highly effective people leadership influence and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build prepare and present reports accurately within the time frame specified.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to expertly partner with many different levels of employees.
• Ability to prioritize iterative product releases leading to a successful customer experience
• Identify and document business requirements current and future states and provide constructive feedback for future process improvements.
• Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies including workflow design data analysis uses case development story writing and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
• Proficiency in communication both written and verbal
• Experience in working with tax exempt plan types (401K 403b 457 etc.)
• Agile mentality : experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
