Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Strategy and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Strategy and Procurement vertical within the Commercial Legal Team, providing legal counsel and negotiating agreements

Oversee and develop a team of legal professionals to ensure effective legal support and service delivery

Manage complex projects and collaborate with various departments on legal matters related to corporate strategy and product development

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a member of the bar in at least one state

10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements

5+ years of experience as an in-house attorney providing legal advice across multiple departments

7+ years of experience with data rights / license agreements and intellectual property contracts

3+ years of experience in training and onboarding junior attorneys and legal support staff
