Responsibilities :

  • Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while adhering to progressive Paramedic protocols in a busy 911 system.
  • Utilize your advanced Paramedic skills in a supportive medical environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and care information.
  • Lead your team on scene, managing both the unit and patient needs as required.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Current State Paramedic License.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS (or ITLS) certifications.
  • Driving record that meets company standards.
  • Ability to pass Physical Agility Test.
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
