Accounts Receivable - Collections

Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst where you will engage in business-to-business collections while managing a portfolio of customers and aging reports. You will be responsible for applying collected payments and validating credit requests.ResponsibilitiesConduct business-to-business collections.Manage a diverse portfolio of customers.Oversee and analyze aging reports.Apply payments that have been collected.Validate credit requests.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in accounts receivable processes.Experience in collections and accounting.Strong skills in invoicing, reconciliation, and cash application.Ability to handle deductions and refunds.Exceptional customer service skills.Expertise in managing aging reports.Proficiency in email communication.Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
