Internal Medicine - Residency Core Faculty

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $250000.00 - $310000.00 Ranked one of the best universities in the nation, Texas A&M and the highly reputable Shannon Medical Center seek an inaugural Internal Medicine Faculty for an innovative clinician-educator opportunity. The incoming physician will be a residency faculty member with a reimagined schedule to optimize work-life balance and educational impact.

Innovative Schedule Structure :

Primary Schedule Option : 1-week inpatient / 1 week off / 2 weeks outpatient

Inpatient Week : 12-hour shifts

Outpatient Weeks : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Integrated time for academic responsibilities during outpatient hours

No admissions after 5 : 00 PM (except during call shifts)

Career Transition : Open to mentoring providers making a career switch with IP or OP focus within the last decade

Procedural Flexibility : Open to candidates with or without procedural interests
