VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - OB / GYN.

• City : Santa Rosa
• State : CA
• Start Date : Pending Privileges
• End Date : TBD
• Description : PERM- OBGYNOther required procedures : nexplanon insert, pessary fittingSchedule : 3.5 days patient facing and then a day in the OR during the week. Provider will participate in 5 days per month for hospital call. Hours in clinic are 830-500placement fee approved for 40k We will look at candidates that have applied for their CA license. It does take 2-6 months to get one. Please start immediately if the provider is interested.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
