As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift brings new experiences and opportunities to expand your clinical skills.

Join our Internal Float Pool and make a difference every day. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve using evidence-based practices and skilled communication to enhance patient safety and experiences.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
