This is your opportunity for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth, all within one hospital. As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift brings new experiences and opportunities to expand your clinical skills.
What You'll Do :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Ability to meet the following in a 6-week schedule :2 Fridays
2 Mondays1 WeekendTraining & Skills :
RNs will receive training in :
ACLS : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.NIHSS : Stroke Scale.IV Ultrasound :Charge Nurse cross-training : Support multiple units and develop leadership skills.What You'll Get :

Join our Internal Float Pool and make a difference every day. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve using evidence-based practices and skilled communication to enhance patient safety and experiences.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
