Ophthalmology Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1455.00 - $1575.00

This facility is seeking a Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : December 2025 - ongoing

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Types of Cases : clinic and surgeries, must be able to do injections, 12-14 procedures per day

Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

Certifications Required : Must be board certified and Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure Required : must have an active Michigan license or Interstate Medical License Compact Letter of Qualification
