Core Focus :

Invoicing & Payments : Rigorously review and process construction-related invoicing (accept / reject based on rate codes / documentation).

Liaison : Coordinate between permitting, survey, and design for residential / commercial construction projects.

Financial Analysis : Run data, update models, and maintain / design financial reports.

Schedule : Requires variable schedule, nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
