About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, CX Advisory to join their dynamic team. This senior individual contributor role is pivotal in landing new enterprise clients and driving early-stage revenue within the CX advisory and contact center outsourcing practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a net-new enterprise pipeline through various outreach methods, engaging C-suite buyers, and leading the full-cycle CX advisory sales process. This includes discovery, advisory consultations, solution mapping, and partner recommendations across a range of domains such as CCaaS / UCaaS, AI / automation / analytics, workforce optimization, and global BPO labor. The role demands a high level of independence, the ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and a strong focus on CRM discipline.
Applicants for the VP, CX Advisory role at the company should be U.S.-based with a willingness to travel 25-35%. A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling CX / CCaaS / AI / BPO solutions, with at least 3 years as a hunter, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing enterprise-level CX deals with C-suite buyers and be adept at operating independently in a lean, agile team environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Zoho, and experience with AI tools for research, targeting, outreach, and personalization are essential. The role is suited to individuals who are highly collaborative, value transparency and integrity, and are adept at consultative, non-transactional sales approaches.
