Qualifications : Education :

Masters'

Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field

required.

Credentials : Provisionally

or Independently Licensed in the State of practice required in

Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor

or other behavioral health related

field.
