Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis is essential. Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary, including advanced financial modeling capabilities. The candidate should have a proven track record of building and leading successful, high-performing teams. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required to effectively convey financial information to business leaders.
