Job Title : ER Registered Nurse

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00); Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00)

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years preferred

License : Valid RN license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC

Must-Have :

Previous charge experience preferred

Experience with patient ratios of 4

Experience with Epic charting system required

Description :

The ER Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department.

The nurse will be responsible for triaging patients, performing assessments, and implementing patient care plans.

Experience with mixed pediatric and adult emergency cases is needed.

The nurse will manage critical and non-critical cases within the ER.

The candidate must possess a strong skill set in emergency interventions and patient management.

Continuous education and adherence to safety protocols are required.

The environment is dynamic with a high volume of patients.

Candidates should be prepared to work rotating weekends.

The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 5 during all shifts.

The nursing role does not require floating between units.

This position does not involve on-call duties.
