Entry Level Litigation Attorney

When advancing our client's claims, we believe creative, aggressive litigation leads to success in and out of the courtroom. Taking the fight to large corporations and insurance companies allows our clients to control the process and not "be the victim." Too many lawyers fail to aggressively prosecute their clients’ claims which can result in the client being victimized again by the defendants and Insurance companies. We are seeking an attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our personal injury litigation team. The Litigation Attorney will work directly with two Litigation Attorneys and two Litigation Paralegals daily. The successful candidate need not have any personal injury experience, but we encourage you to apply if you do have a personal injury or insurance defense experience.

• Strategic planning and discussion regarding cases
