Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Administrator 2 to join their team. As a Business Execution Administrator 2, you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting the Pre-Registration and Registration teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : What's The Job?

Support the real-time tracking of candidates through the Pre-Registration process

Review Pre-Registration forms for completeness and accuracy prior to submission

Respond promptly to requests and inquiries to prevent onboarding delays

Compile and submit background check spreadsheets using provided frameworks

Coordinate requests and gather necessary documentation for onboarding and registration

What's Needed?

At least 2 years of administrative or business support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, including time management

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
