Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).A minimum of 10 years in progressive leadership roles within healthcare, ideally in home health or post-acute care.Proven success in driving growth, operational improvement, and financial success in a healthcare environment.Willingness to travel up to 60-80% for market engagement.In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and reimbursement models.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Aptitude to analyze data, formulate strategies, and implement initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.Familiarity with corporate business management principles.Strong communication and public relations skills.Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
Create and implement a strategic plan for the home health division to boost market share, enhance service offerings, and strengthen competitive positioning.Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and avenues for innovation.Partner with corporate leadership to ensure alignment of market strategies with overall organizational goals.Operational Oversight :
Supervise daily operations of home health services, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and top-quality patient care.Establish operational standards and lead efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes.Champion the adoption of new technologies, processes, and service enhancements to propel operational performance.Engage physically in markets to support leadership and operational activities—significant travel is necessary.Financial Management :
Design and oversee the annual budget for the market, ensuring financial objectives are met or surpassed.Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes to guide strategic planning and decision-making.Deploy cost-control tactics and revenue-boosting strategies to maximize profitability.Team Leadership and Development :
Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.Attract, train, and retain top-tier talent to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.Encourage a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability.Quality and Compliance :
