Are you an innovative healthcare executive eager to create a meaningful impact? Addus Homecare is looking for a dynamic Division Leader to spearhead our Home Health Services . In this crucial role, you will drive strategic growth, promote operational excellence, and enhance patient care throughout our home health division. As a senior leader, you will shape our division's future by forging strong business partnerships, fostering innovation, and ensuring top-tier performance in revenue, compliance, and patient satisfaction.   • Territory Coverage : IL, NM, TN
  • Remote position with a commitment to travel up to 60-80%.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years in progressive leadership roles within healthcare, ideally in home health or post-acute care.
  • Proven success in driving growth, operational improvement, and financial success in a healthcare environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60-80% for market engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and reimbursement models.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude to analyze data, formulate strategies, and implement initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Familiarity with corporate business management principles.
  • Strong communication and public relations skills.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    Strategic Leadership :

  • Create and implement a strategic plan for the home health division to boost market share, enhance service offerings, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and avenues for innovation.
  • Partner with corporate leadership to ensure alignment of market strategies with overall organizational goals.
  • Operational Oversight :

  • Supervise daily operations of home health services, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and top-quality patient care.
  • Establish operational standards and lead efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies, processes, and service enhancements to propel operational performance.
  • Engage physically in markets to support leadership and operational activities—significant travel is necessary.
  • Financial Management :

  • Design and oversee the annual budget for the market, ensuring financial objectives are met or surpassed.
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Deploy cost-control tactics and revenue-boosting strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Development :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Attract, train, and retain top-tier talent to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and accountability.
  • Quality and Compliance :

  • Guarantee compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards, including those set by Medicare and state health agencies.
  • Establish and monitor quality benchmarks, initiating corrective actions as necessary to maintain high patient safety and satisfaction levels.
  • Facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall experience.
  • Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources to drive increased patient volume and revenue.
  • Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and community partners to foster growth and enhance reputation.
  • Represent the organization within the community and industry, actively participating in events and cultivating a strong professional network.
