Key Responsibilities
Lead hiring for high-volume roles and partner with hiring managers to align recruiting priorities with business goals
Source talent through various channels and manage the full-cycle recruiting process
Build scalable recruiting processes and promote diversity in hiring practices
Required Qualifications
At least two years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience, preferably for Operations teams
Proven experience as a full-stack recruiter managing the entire candidate process
Strong sourcing skills and relationship-building with passive talent
Data-focused with the ability to measure pipeline health and set expectations
Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices
