We are seeking an experienced and passionate Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment, where they will play a key role in managing the company's tax operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing our tax planning, compliance, and strategy. They will also be tasked with ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations, while optimizing tax-related opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and manage all tax operations, including tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy.

2. Ensure the accurate and timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax returns.

3. Conduct thorough reviews of tax data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management.

4. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.

5. Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors on tax audits and queries.

6. Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team, and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

7. Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business transactions.

8. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address tax-related issues and opportunities.

9. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines and public law.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is strongly preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management with a focus on businesses and individuals.

3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws, compliance regulations, and strategy.

4. Proficient in tax software and databases.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax information in a clear and concise manner.

8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
