HVAC Commerical Service Technician

We are a growing HVAC company that serves both residential and commercial equipment of all different brands. Looking for someone who is willing to grow within the company. Service technician must have the ability to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Must be able to handle daily responsibilities and complete projects with fine detail. Company van will be provided for qualified candidate.

Must have experience with servicing commercial equipment such as -

• Roof Top Units 5-100 tons
• Chillers up to 300 tons.
• Make-Up Air Units.
• Cooling Towers.
• Dry Coolers.
• VRF Systems.
• Water Source Heat Pumps.
• VAV / Fan Powered Boxes.
• Boilers.
• Variable Frequency Drives.
• Pneumatics.
• Read Mechanical Drawings.

Building Automation Controls experience is highly recommended. Salary will be based off experience.

Medical facility experience is highly recommended.
